Liver & Gall-bladder Problems

Detoxify with the Basic Cleanse, then from time to time, say once a month, repeat the first part of it: 3 days on apples only, in the evening activate the liver with a castor oil pack, at bedtime take half a cup of olive oil with lecithin and next morning a glass of warm water with a tablespoon of Epsom salts. This removes gallstones and cholesterol deposits from the liver and gall bladder.

Minimize exposure to chemicals and drugs and sanitize the intestines. Helpful nutrients are lecithin, antioxidants (including10 g of vitamin C,  lipoic acid and Microhydrin), B-vitamins, especially B6 and B12, magnesium, MSM, selenium, silymarin and zinc. L-cysteine and Kyolic aged garlic help to detoxify. Stimulate the liver with bitter teas, use half a cupful after meals or take in capsules: centaury, dandelion, devil’s claw, gentian, golden seal, and rosemary.

With persisting problems, continue with the castor oil packs. Jaundice may be caused by drugs and chemicals, liver infection, gall-duct blockage and increased destruction of red blood cells (protect with high amounts of vitamin E). Try to remove the cause of the jaundice, also treat systemically with blue colour therapy.”

Proper chiropractic adjustments can fix the pituitary and pineal glands, the liver and gallbladder.  You must find someone who knows what they’re doing.

Other remedies that may be helpful:

  • 1/2 glass beet juice with each meal
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar will stop an attack w/in 48 hours, according to Dr. Bruce West

Some suggestions for a healthy gallbladder:

The gallbladder is necessary for processing dietary fats.  It wasn’t included in the body by “mistake”!!  We weren’t born with any parts we don’t need! The most important aspect of GB health is diet.  Negotiating the minefield of what is called “food” these days is crazy-making for most people.  Avoiding ALL grains (all are sprayed with glyphosate) and the inflammatory oils (see: http://raypeat.com/articles/articles/unsaturated-oils.shtml) will produce huge benefits. Grain-fed meats are also contaminated with glyphosate.  Also, turmeric is highly anti-inflammatory and should be a regular part of the diet, along with the rest of the root vegetables: beets, carrots, ginger, garlic, onions and red, yellow and white potatoes.

Useful supplements that can be used:

  • citric acid
  • sunflower lecithin
  • B5
  • bile salts
  • digestive enzymes
  • taurine
  • bitter herbs and vegetables (e.g. bitter melon, dandelion, gobo, turmeric, watercress)
  • bitter teas
  • ginseng
  • The saponins will take care of fatty build-up:
  • sarsasparilla
  • yucca
  • cassava

For gallbladder and gallbladder stones, a liver/gallbladder flush can be done.
